First off the location is perfect and close to restaurants, downtown and almost any attraction. Garage parking along with plenty of parking in front of the home. My family and I felt safe here. So many delicious restaurants nearby as well as breweries. Our stay was approximately 2 months and it was perfect. Grocery stores were in close proximity as well as access to highways. Charity is one of the best most responsive hosts we have EVER had and trust me I know because we travel a lot for work. Whether your travel for pleasure or work just know that you will have everything you need here. Not to mention the nice balcony view of downtown, walking trails and community pool.
